Episode 2: Aggressive Inline Progression #2

Hey guys! Back again for another episode. I'll be putting up KZbin videos weekly so if you like the content please like and subscribe. This video is a bit longer as its in two parts: the first part is my progress learning to ride a bowl with vert (11ft) and the second part is my work towards the Back to Blading community challenge to do a Makio grind. As a kid I never learnt to grind, I could ride up and down ramps, stall and jump things on rec skates with wheels removed. The progression that I have achieved in a bit over 2 months has all stemmed from the fact that I feel incredibly comfortable on wheels as a result of that, so my best advice to anyone taking up skating. Just get out there and skate! It doesn't matter where or what you do, it's just about feeling comfortable with wheels on your feet.

there you go, man! You've got sooooome nerve dropping into that bowl. Not gonna catch me doing that haha. That indoor park is super sick, though! Got some quarters and rails I would love to play on. Keep at it, my man!

You know what, it's not a particularly difficult drop though! The nerves the first time were pretty bad but once you get comfortable, it's pretty fun. =D I'm planning to take a trip to Bateau Bay skate park, which has a 14ft bowl. Most of the guys blading the indoor stick between the spine section and the down box/rail. They get some pretty sick lines in the spine section.

Man that bowl looks like soooooooo much fun! And that indoor park! Odd that it has exposed plywood and no skatelite or hardboard over it.

Easily my two favourite places to skate! It'll be a while before I can stall or grind that bowl though, it's all pool coping which I'm still adjusting to. As for the indoor, it's brilliant for what it is.

Jump and roll on grind box , you learn faster the slide if your brain si calibrate for jump higher ;) ! And when you learn one slide , try other grind to constantly use muscular memory and not the brain ( Srry for my bad english im french xD)
