We got a new washer and dryer when we moved a couple of years ago, and got fancy ones with WIFi. It send me notifications on my phone when the cycles complete and helps me to not forget clothes in the washer! I love it. The makers donations are SO generous! That's awesome. Love this community! so excited for SSC! I'm only 18 and don't know anything about the 80's and 90's but I do know I'm obsessed with this yarn and the colors! also the guinea pigs are so cute on that bag wow! 7 years ago I got my first guinea pig and had 5 great years with him! guinea pigs are the sweetest!

Your completed socks are great. The Heel Toe DoSiDo, turn out so darn good in the striping. Your blankets are awesome, I like them all. The Granny Square and Stripe look great. I love how the Cozy Memories looks like a patchwork quilt. We had guinea pigs too. My boys loved them. They are cute little animals. I love the bright yarns too.

The Guinea pig bag is so adorable. I had one growing up. His name was Sarge. You’ll like the Beach Bum yarn. They’re a LYS here. I’ve knitted their sock yarn and enjoyed it. I agree that gifted yarn shouldn’t count! Have a great week.

We are a roller skating family here! My husband, 18 year old son, 16 year old daughter, and I all have nice, fancy skates that make it so fun and is such great exercise! We go to our local rink on retro night of course, when the music is spot on! I cannot wait for sock camp to start!

missed summer camp last year due to illness. so excited to join in again this summer. I am a 50's baby, the 80's and 90's were the decades I was home with our 2 children ( yes in their late 30's now) . This was such a wonderful time, the wonder and joy that children bring into ones lives, I am looking forward to translating that into fun socks.
