Don't have a hack squat but the smith machine version really hammers my quads. More so than a barbell squat. Love the information thanks guys

New to the page but have you covered hypertrophy training for back width/density? Cause I’d love to see that!

Hey John and Luke! What would be your best exercise recommendations for quad development for someone with a meniscus issue (probably torn) who as a result can only go about 10 degrees past parallel without sharp pain? Obviously surgery to fix the issue if it’s torn would be the best option but I had surgery to repair the same meniscus about 5 years ago and would like to avoid it having another if possible.

That Detroit style pizza sounds like what my pizza joint calls their " Sicilian" style. Haha! 😋👍 ( Can you tell I've been eating clean for like two years straight and mainly pick up on food references? 😊)

Hi John/Luke, great content! With 45 degree Leg Press, what's the ideal position of the back pad for quad development?
