Dr. Trexler has focused his research around the post contest period, so we lay the ground work for what is the state a competitor is in physical and mentally coming out of a contest and what that means for a plan of action. This was a great podcast! I’ve been listening to a lot of Eric helms and Eric trexler lately as my first show was 3 weeks ago… so many things they mention make so much more sense to me now, what i was experiencing the weeks leading up to the show and the days and weeks after and things I still notice. Love it!

i grew a lot and with very solid gains after natural show that i did ,but i was very lean and in ky best shape fitnees and the prep was really brief , so you could say it was like mini cut,but we have to consider also the psycological drive the need to thrive if you had a good feedback, i felt like a semigod, iwas eager to train more abd harder and improve even more,maybe is also person to person dependent maybe some really advanced the insulin pathway and with the greta insulin sensitivity are easier for them to grow ,while other are more dependend on testosterone etc
