Thank you for all the efforts you take. Your tips are also very helpful. I believe it was customary to send sev with sweet curd (Sagan nu) , bananas and boiled eggs My Mom too mentions her parents sending them to neighbors on birthdays. So do all our senior neighbors and friends.

Great sev recipe. It is always touch and go with my sev. Behram, I use the packet sev which is already roasted a bit. Roughly how long do I have to cook it on the gas hob? Around 10 mins? Thanks and best wishes Piloo
@behrampalamkote4 жыл бұрын
If you are using sev that is already roasted, brake it into small pieces and follow what I do in the video. Fry the sev until it gets a little darker. Basically when frying the roasted sev you will take less time than what I showed in my video.

Behram we only get the brown sev here in UK. Hopefully that is already browned so would the cooking time be less? Ta lily
@behrampalamkote4 жыл бұрын
Yes it will be less. If the sev is already pre-fried it will reduce the cooking time. Enjoy!
