Born and raised on Oahu now living in Houston I was so excited when they opened L & L in katy and Houston but was so disappointed food is not good 😔

@@hawaiiramsfan7 mushy rice , ,dry Lau Lau, over cooked Katsu, thick chewy teriyaki, meat, it goes on and on 🤑 . Also customer service horrible no Aloha

I agree with you 110% The quality of food is poor. Quality of customer service is also poor. That's just my honest opinion. Hard to speak to order taker when English is their second language. And if they get your order wrong, everyone starts talking in Chinese, you know they talking stink about you. I stopped going to L&L years ago, after the Liliha branch had dirty tables, a homeless sleeping on a table, and nobody bothered to clean up the place.

L&L use to be a bus stop, then a diary on Liliha St. lots of good little mom and pop restaurants and stores nearby. Honda’s Delicatessen and Liliha Bakery 1/2 a block away. 😎🌺
