Anoma is a person who has a great touch of wonderful cuisines. The way she explains is scientific and clear. She does cater for wide spectrum of people. We should refrain from thinking narrow mindedly but should try to grab and grasp what she utters and displays. Many Chefs whom I know have commended her presentations.
