Ok, after seeing this wonderful playmotion I finally caved in: I ordered myself a few for customizing purposes. In Mark’s earlier playmotion (As Darkness Falls) a few Lanard CORPS figures were used, with funny names like Whispering Willy. That already got me intrigued, now I pulled the trigger 😎😄

Great episode! So much goodness here with the Corps and childhood memories. The "Continuation" situation was a tricky one. Our house cat never allowed anything smaller than him to be on the table without him trying to push it off the edge. Same thing would happen with board games. We'd have to play Risk at a buddies house with no cat, lol. One time I left Mario 1 on pause while i was forced to leave the house with my mother. When we got back the pause screen burned the pixels out of the TV, no matter what we watched you could see my paused game. That was our first color TV and my last saved game. We were so poor and my parents were very pissed, lol.

Great show guys, it was a great idea to make that short about The Corps. I started to add the more military looking ones to my collection few years ago, a great source to increase my Cobra army. About Boomerang Billy I have another theory, I have a mustard and black one and his top hair part was painted mustard and brown following the same patern as yours. I repainted it back then, but after your discussion I noticed that he looks too much like Burt Reynolds (at least to me 😅), so maybe was done to avoid image property problems. I can send you a picture with the comparison. Cheers 👍🏻

I don’t want repeat my self on how amazing job you guys did and I absolutely loved how you celebrated lenard in your play motion. For me I never really look down on the corps but I remember my friends certainly did. Granted I never would put corps figures in with my joes containers but I did keep my cobra separate to joe too but I did remember keeping separate and I had other container with mix figures too. Speaking of lenard they should get more praise for joe king they been on the the toy shelf in retail and they still bring out some very interesting stuff over the years. Anyway I could share a memory but this post getting long but I won’t get into it. But thank you again for the play motion featuring the corps and look forward to seeing what you all do next.

I almost completely forgot about that mission parchment! I have no idea of there were different ones or if I had the same one, but that was a great bit of nostalgia there. I barely remember my CORPS! guys but Gasman stands out. I remember a lot of the more classic looking camo'd guys reminded me of the bad guy fodder in the movie commando. They tended to be my generic bad guys for my Joes.

@@dallasbaldwin1922 I was totally inspired by Commando too! The Corps just made for waves and waves of gun toting goons! And in all my collecting I’ve only ever encountered one version of the scroll. I guess it was just a quick marketing push, not an ongoing concept. Cos the packaging made a big deal about that little slip of paper 🤣

I loved the action it didn't seem rushed to me but speaking on unfinished business I've always wondered if the drednoks were going to get payback on the eels that left them stranded when they rescued mindbender 🤔🤔
