Reading the Bible vs hearing the Bible. I believe cognitive science list sight (and reading) uses ~70% of our brain. I do listen to Bible readings, although I’ve not found a audio version that I enjoy.

The 144k have everything to do with the feast of first fruits fulfilled 2000 years ago. They are the harvest sheaf of Lev. 23:10. This is why they have the title of firstfruits (Rev. 14:4 KJB). And they follow the Lamb wherever he goes now which means that they cannot be on earth in the 70th week. They are not evangelists. I wish I could show you how this all fits together, David.

"Who Are The 144,000 In The Book Of Revelation?" The book of Revelation has many mystery's; thus...many debates and arguments have ensued, as a result. So Sad. But that is the way satan wants it. Worse: The book of Rev, is not the only book that causes untold debates and arguments. Thus, we have many different "churches, denominations and dogmas, etc"; all over the world. Again, So Sad. I am sure Jesus does NOT condone this satan-led, Godless, debauchery. Thus... ...having been a "Born Again" Christian for 83 yrs (89 now); the question about the "144,000" bugged me; and any answer I got; just didn't seem plausible to me. But this all changed when I finally got on my knees (age 75); and prayed my heart out; that Jesus would give me wisdom, understanding and the truth. Within weeks I began to see things I had never thought about. Etc. That was 14 yrs ago; and I will give my take on this mysterious "question". I believe they are chosen by Jesus; BEFORE the "Great Tribulation" begins. They are ALL men. And Jesus gives them ONE goal. That is to preach the TRUE Gospel "message"; up an to, the last person that will have become Born Again, on this planet. (Note: when a person sincerely "believes IN Jesus"; and worships ONLY Him as their "God Almighty"; and the Holy Spirit gives them a 2nd birth ["spiritual"]; they become a part of Jesus' Kingdom forever. AMEN!) When the "Goal" is fulfilled (3 and 1/2 yrs into the GT), the 144,000 will be killed. But ONLY for 3 and 1/2 days. Then they will be resurrected by Jesus. AND that will bring about, the "Calling Up" ("Rapture"); of EVERY (dead and alive) Born Again persons, since creation; and they will meet Jesus in the sky. Then He will take us to the Old Heaven. NOT the New Heaven. That comes about later. So... ...This is my take. Could I be wrong? ABSOLUTELY Yes!, But all others could be wrong too! In any case, Please Pray and Praise Jesus OFTEN; for He is the ONLY true "God Almighty"; there will ever have been. And may Jesus bless you and yours always. AMEN!

I’m so glad you referenced Ezekiel 9. I believe the man with the inkhorn in that vision is a future vision of John. Remember in Rev that John was given a reed to measure a 144 cubit wall? Rev 21:15 And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof. Rev 21:16 And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal. Rev 21:17 And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel. Reed in Greek mean pen. Inkhorn in Hebrew means ink well. To write you need both the reed/pen and the ink well/ inkhorn. So in Ezekiel 9 the man in the vision that is marking the 144k has only the ink well, but we see in Rev, John has the reed/pen. This also goes with why John the brother of James was given the surname Mark in the passage that tells us James is killed by Herod. See at the beginning it says: Act 12:1 Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church. Act 12:2 And he killed James the brother of John with the sword. Then peter goes to Mary’s house and we see: Act 12:12 And when he had considered the thing, he came to the house of Mary the mother of John, whose surname was Mark; where many were gathered together praying. His surname has to do with this reed and inkhorn in the vision in Ezekiel 9 and also why the final greetings in 2 and 3 John say this: To the elect sister he says: 2Jn 1:12 Having many things to write unto you, I would not write with paper and ink: but I trust to come unto you, and speak face to face, that our joy may be full. 2Jn 1:13 The children of thy elect sister greet thee. Amen. And to Gaius Paul’s companion he says: 3Jn 1:13 I had many things to write, but I will not with ink and pen write unto thee: 3Jn 1:14 But I trust I shall shortly see thee, and we shall speak face to face. Peace be to thee. Our friends salute thee. Greet the friends by name. He tells the elect lady he will not write unto them with ink and paper bc they are the 144 group and will be written on with ink and pen or inkhorn and reed. He tells the Gaius group in 3 johns final greetings he will not write to them in INK AND PEN bc that group is a type of us who were sealed by trusting what was written in ink and paper of the scriptures. So you see bc it says ink and pen we see that the ink is the inkhorn and pen is the reed, you need both, but in Ezekiel the man only has ink, and in Rev, John is given the reed or pen lol does that make sense. Also, I know you believe Laz wrote John, which I 100% agree with that and I love your teaching on that and see it too! But I can prove to you that John wrote Mark and also 1-3 John and Rev. Laz definitely write John, but on my life I can show you John Mark write Mark and the stuff I just told you to do with the man with the ink in Ezekiel is a future vision of John and in Rev is more on that vision, and 2-3 John final greetings is more validation. It’s awesome!! Also, I know the 144 appear to be Jewish males, but I have found from Ezekiel 9 and another area that it’s both men and women, and they appear to have the image they do bc they have the seal of God and have put on Christ. The only one that ever walked the earth that was a Jewish male virgin with no guile was Jesus, but all who are sealed by His spirit have the image of Christ. In Ezekiel 9 bc it says to kill men, women, children, and the young who don’t have the seal, it means that the ones that were sealed could’ve also been men, and women who were weeping. But one of the biggest passages that prove the 144 is both male and female is right here: This is long but pay attention to verse 22 especially: Eze 14:20 Though Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, they shall deliver neither son nor daughter; they shall but deliver their own souls by their righteousness. Eze 14:21 For thus saith the Lord GOD; How much more when I send my four sore judgments upon Jerusalem, the sword, and the famine, and the noisome beast, and the pestilence, to cut off from it man and beast? Eze 14:22 Yet, behold, therein shall be left a remnant that shall be brought forth, both sons and daughters: behold, they shall come forth unto you, and ye shall see their way and their doings: and ye shall be comforted concerning the evil that I have brought upon Jerusalem, even concerning all that I have brought upon it. Eze 14:23 And they shall comfort you, when ye see their ways and their doings: and ye shall know that I have not done without cause all that I have done in it, saith the Lord GOD. See! Man I wish I could call you sometime bc I want to talk to you about the John Mark thing. I know you will see it bc you already have seen Laz wrote John. I was able to see Laz wrote John way easier bc I had first found that John wrote Mark. I found it by following the trail of Salome Jesus’s sister and his brother Joses who is Aka Barnabas. Thayer Lexicon: Salome = "peaceful" 1. the wife of Zebedee and the mother of the apostle James the elder and John Salome is aka Mary in scripture. And Joses is aka barnabas: Act 4:36 And Joses, who by the apostles was surnamed Barnabas, (which is, being interpreted, The son of consolation,) a Levite, and of the country of Cyprus, There is a reason Barnabas takes John Mark: Act 12:25 And Barnabas and Saul returned from Jerusalem, when they had fulfilled their ministry, and took with them John, whose surname was Mark. Bc John Mark is Marcus, his sister’s son: Col 4:10 Aristarchus my fellowprisoner saluteth you, and Marcus, sister's son to Barnabas, (touching whom ye received commandments: if he come unto you, receive him;) All I can say is the Word is so awesome!!! The reed was not given to John. "And he who talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city ....." John is one of the twenty-four elders in Rev. The Holy Spirit is going to show you who the Name of the man with the reed is. Be blessed.

Listening to this broadcast and others you have presented, I think I'm coming to a better understanding of who the "souls under the altar" are--"those who were slain for the word of God". Questions: At some point, does God reveal, scripturally, that the seal will be removed from 144K after they complete their mission? I look at Rev 20: 4 and it states that "the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God". I can't help but think that this may also include all or a portion of 144k + a multitude of others. What do you read (no pun intended) in the scriptures concerning the death of the 144k?

I am not aware of any verses that discuss the seals being removed from the 144K. There are a lot of things in Revelation that are not easy to understand.

I disagree. Matt 24:13-14 the eternal gospel is preached over the whole earth by the angel. "Then I saw another angel flying in midheaven, with an eternal gospel to preach to the inhabitants of the earth, to every nation and tribe and language and people; and he said with a loud voice, “Fear God [with awe and reverence], and give Him glory [and honor and praise in worship], because the hour of His judgment has come; [with all your heart] worship Him who created the heaven and the earth, the sea and the springs of water.” Revelation 14:6‭-‬7 AMP The 144,000 cannot be on the earth IF they are the Train that fills the Temple and follow the Lamb where He goes.

I wonder that too. This is also confusing to me, somehow. And the verses in Revelation 7:9-14.. The multitude of people clearly came out of the great tribulation and are of all nations, kindreds, tongues... Definitely not the 144000. It seems that the section is in the future, because it talks about the throne already. Anyway, I find it good that we can all share questions or what we know or think, so we can all learn more.

Jesus is literally in Heaven during the 7 year Tribulation. If the 144k are following Him where ever He goes how then can they be on the earth evangelizing people ? The answer is they're not...3 angels and 2 witnesses are evangelizing the world.

This for everybody who is confused... 144,000 is from the tribes of israel.they were the firstfruits...most of us here where gentiles.we are not israelites....and to be save, we should believe in jesus and follow him(all of his teaching fully) Here is bible verse for you references... Revelation 7:4 [4]And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel. Maybe im wrong here. But maybe the point of being able to drink any poison without getting hurt is when wormwood poisons the water and the belivers can drink it anyway without dying? Rev 8:11 And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter. Thank you for edifying the BOC. Revelation 14: 6. And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, I kind of doubt the 144k will be doing evangelistic work as the scripture doesn’t exactly specify that. 🤔 Rev 14:6 clearly says it’s an angel.

For consideration...I see the 144,000 sitting on Mount Sion, the Word doesn't speak of them evangelizing and moving about. Get with me Rev 14:3 ...these 144k were redeemed from the earth. I believe the key word of the subject of the 144k is "redeemed". It's my understanding that God redeems them back to Him. As per the evangelizing of the earth, I understand that task is given to three angels in Rev.14:6-9. Back to the topic of the 144k, the Word says they were singing a new song, I believe that the passage is saying that the 144k are redeemed to be a choir to sing to the Lord at the throne. Your thoughts ?

Where is the rapture? in the clouds! The Little flock gets resurrected and the sealed! Criteria for the 144 000 in Chapter 14 *4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb. 5 And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.* When did Christ became the first fruit? AFTER HIS RESURRECTION! Believing Israel is in heaven today! *These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth.* In the gospels they followed Christ, after the resurrection they followed Christ, they followed him to heaven at their death, they followed him from heaven to earth to wage war at the rapture! There are no 2 comings! Christ the general sets up his war camp in the clouds prior to the tribulation and will stand on this earth at the end of the tribulation! Zecheriah Chapter 9 talks about it!
