Great selection. I picked up that Alonso raw for $12, Judge catching rookie for $20, Aroldis RC chrome and base for $5 for both and a Clint Frazier base for $2. For psa 10s I took gary Sanchez topps base rookie for $22 and a Bogaerts donruss base rookie for $25. Its not a topps but at that price I had to take a shot. Not a bad little haul. Love your take on what cards to look for

Good stuff man!! Totally agree with Alonso, and don’t think it was a fluke...and I PC Freeman so grabbing more of his RC can’t hurt

Thank you for watching!!! Glad you enjoyed it! PC’ing Freeman is an awesome choice! Can’t go wrong! Would love to have a PSA 10 or any of his 2011 parallels!

Those are some GREAT pickups!!! Can’t wait to see how Frazier does with this opportunity!

@@ParlayJaySports I used to see him play in the minors. He's a stud at the dish just needs to play consistently. Takes me forever to pick raw cards. I'm so picky at what's available to choose from, lol

Great Analysis! Makes sense to buy low if you can. Probably will never get cheaper on Ohtani and Alonso than right now

What's a better Alonso 475? The sock showing or no sock? I've heard mixed opinions
@ParlayJaySports4 жыл бұрын
Hey Tommy! Thanks for watching! “Sock showing” is the one- the “No sock showing” is from the complete set- I don’t recommend that one. Usually the compete set cards are lesser valued by collectors.

Thanks for sharing your card picks. Very informative and all players are well explained. I agree on the RC Freeman 100%. Yes, now's a good time to snatch some up while we still can. Note: Collectors have been buying the Freeman RC cards slowly but consistently for the last four years. He should be on everyone's rookie buy list.

Thanks for watching DL! You are right it’s been a slow grow for Freeman- great move for those who have- the flagship PSA is definitely up there in value at this point- thanks for being a part of the Parlay Fam!

Just my advice but y’all need to get off Alonso. He can 50 homeruns for the next 7 years (he’s already 25 and will be 26 in a few months) and still won’t be in the hall of fame. He’s not hitting 50 for the next 7-8 years in my opinion. Good luck investing!

Bro people play baseball till almost 40 all the time. Baseball isn't a very hard on your body like other sports. He plays first base never runs much just catches a ball and hits. He can play for a while if he foesnt grt hurt
@newnancardboard69684 жыл бұрын
L K people don’t play until 40 and average 30 homeruns after the age of 34 unless you are on steroids. If he averages 40 homeruns for the next 10 years he’s not in the hall of fame. Let that sink in, he’s not doing that in my opinion and sure guys play until 40 but outside of the steroid era, no one is hitting homeruns at that age.

No thanks on Freddie Freeman. For 1. He turns 31 in 2 weeks. He's not a perennial All Star like you state. 0 rings. 0 MVPs. 1 silver slugger. He is basically Will Clark. As a matter of fact he is Will Clark. Nothing wrong with Will Clark or Freddie Freeman, but neither were/are superstars or Hall of Famers. I hope you make some money. Best of luck.
@ParlayJaySports4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching Kurtis! Appreciate your thoughts! I’d say having a career average of .293 entering what is technically his 11th season is pretty impressive. Actually Will Clark doesn’t get the credit he deserves- his numbers in some cases top Freeman too and he was also ROY. Great comparison!
@kurtisviktor32864 жыл бұрын
Freeman is a good ball player no doubt. The power drought between 2011 and 2015 really hurts his HOF chances imo. He's going to need to play until he's 37 and probably average 30-35 hrs from here on out to potentially have a chance. That's still only going to put him at 400 hrs. And without the HOF it's tough to see any reason to invest in him in the coming years unless you are a personal fan or a Braves fan. So I question the potential market. If you can flip in the short term, by all means let her rip. I just dont want to be stuck holding Freeman rookies when he starts to hit his decline in his mid 30s.
