Thank you Luke! My daughter has autoimmune condition. I giver her huldee, black pepper, cold pressed coconut oil in the mornings. Also give her an egg cooked in pure ghee for breakfast, add extra virgin olive oil to her dinner. Will add potato starch to her oat fibre, almond flour, peanut butter cookies iA. Thank you for spreading so much awareness!!!!

Great sources of resistant starch: Rice Kanji, raw banana, raw banana flour, potato flour. Eat in moderation just a tablespoon or even teaspoon is enough.

Sir I hv vitiligo so im on autoimmune diet...only eat mung dal n black grams in grains...with ghee... I m losing weight evn though i dnt want to infact i want to gain weight..but im scared if i eat too much food..my vitiligo may increase as i hv gut issues like bloating n frequent urination n bowel if i take raw green smoothie. Wht cn i do to gain weight without eating too much n upsetting my gut??also will green smoothie be harmful for vitiligo if i hv bloating n mild ache after hvng them??

Nope. It ain't. Infact it's counter productive! Plain cooked rice, cooled. Leave it soaked in water in a bowl overnight for d fermentation process to kick in. Next morning, consume d 2 tbsp of rice n water. Preferably on empty stomach.

@@parveenkaur885 Ideally, it shud b a mud pot/bowl. Cos, it fortifies this resistant starch. But since u don't seem to own one, start d process with a steel bowl. Meanwhile u cud purchase a mud pot online or a reputed earthenware store. Once it arrives, switch to d mud pot. Point is to start consuming d rice. So kickstart it! I m myself on a health crusade. Traditionally v add buttermilk, salt and a bite of raw green chilli with raw pearl onion. Taste is important too for the body to accept our food intake according to Ayurveda. In Kerala it's called pazhamkanji...Google it to get more details

U can cook with dal...or cook after cutting to square pieces adding enough water ,salt,chillies or chilli powder and then garnish with grated coconut. Chk out Kerala recipes...v use raw banana in so many ways. Also can make bhajiya using besan!
