Awesome work. You boys need a roof hoist for installing your towers.

Jeez that would be nice! Luckily the Roswell line of towers are relatively light for being as stout as they are but a hoist would be amazing, we actually did one more test fit that didn't make it into the video because I had to set down the camera and help lift the tower up there. 😂

Looks great. Glad you were able to get the bimini mounted without a total teardown. Always hate that moment when yoou have to back pedal. Very few projects don't have that moment though haha

Nice job guys! I used to install the Skylon towers back in my days at Progressive Audio in Medford. They were not always that easy.

I’m thinking of getting a project boat and replacing the tower too. Will you show how you patched up the holes from the old tower in this video series? I would like to see how you guys are going to do it. Thanks!

You 100% should! Used boat prices are starting to drop a bit which is great and there are some killer deals out there. We unfortunately won't have a vid on patching up the holes in this series. We actually were able to repurpose the original holes from the OEM tower on the rear, and then had the fronts patched when the boat was at gelcoat. Last years project boat we just left the holes and it wasn't an issue but you can always get them patched through a gelcoat tech or other DIY methods.

Love the tower, but that bimini looks kind of like an afterthought. I'm curious if the bimini will interfere with the rope while wakeboarding?

We love it too! It really modernized the look of the boat and it kinda stays in line with the towers on newer Tiges which we liked. The bimini is definitely large but it shouldn't interfere with the rope while wakeboarding with a full load of ballast in the rear, we'll definitely find out soon enough though!

Bimini looks like it fits fairly loose? Wonder how it will do underway (flapping in the wind). Also curious how easy it is to fold up for the road trip...

Once the material breaks in a bit I think we can really tighten it down even more, we'll keep you updated on how it functions while underway though! In a later vid we'll demonstrate how it folds, we actually like how it rolls up better than the bimini on last years Aviator tower, the Cam RT bimini folds back into the tower and is really stout when all rolled up which will be great for roadtrips!

Great video! I am in the middle of a tower install on my 2000 21V Riders, and have the same problem with that pvc pipe mounted where the tower mounting holes will go. I saw on the video that you somehow broke a section in the middle, but I'm curious how you ended up doing that. Thanks!

Awesome to hear you're tackling a tower install! Getting those PVC pipes out was a bit of a struggle to say the least, we decided to skip that part for the video. We had to get a bit creative though we tried an oscillating cutter, tried a razor blade, and eventually, we ended up reaching in there with a pry bar and breaking it out.
