Hi Laurie, So happy to have you visit your Aunt Nicky and Cousins in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada. Woodbridge is the home of many relatives of mine, including my Sister Rosa….What stands out for Italians is all the Italian staples that are available in Woodbridge in comparison to other municipalities in Ontario….Woodbridge has conveniences for Italians that are so necessary and so helpful like 3 Cheese Factories and so many Fresh Pasta Stores and the businesses cater to the Italian Community….Your family is just like my family, and of course because my family is from Calabria as well….we have the same traditions….lol….Anyway the short cuts that your loving Zia Nicky took to make these delicious Bocconotti Cookies is a great idea and I will make for Christmas…Soon coming too!! How long are you in Woodbridge for? I could almost meet up with you, Lol….Say hello to your wonderful family and if you are back in California, I hope you had a safe trip…. Stay healthy love! Carmela❤

For sure we know or my relatives probably know the same people as you. I was there in June when I made these videos. I was born in Toronto, Canada and we still have a house in Woodbridge so we visit Canada at least 3 times a year. I love Woodbridge. My favorite store is Fortino's and Cataldi at Market Lane.

@@LauriePaolone Yes…I love Cataldi off Market Lane too, as I have issues walking, so that size of store is great for me….where is your place in Woodbridge? My sister is off Anderson and Pine Valley….so maybe we can meet up sometime…I live in Hamilton, Ontario….But I lived in Oakville, Ontario prior to the Pandemic…..anyway, un forte Salute a te e alla tua famiglia….Ciao Bella!!

There is quit There is a shortage of eggs in my area. I am curious if its possible to measure liquid egg whites from a carton in place of separating whole eggs?

I think it should be okay. Online it says 2 tbsps for 1 large egg white so 24 tbsps for this recipe. Let me know how they turn out!
