Episode 58 Throttle cable

Follow along as I perform an LS engine Swap on my GM A-Body 1968 Lemans. Same for any GM A-Body like a Chevelle, Cutlass, Skylark, GTO... The engine is an L76 from a 2008 Pontiac G8 GT (an LS2 block, LS3 intake, -713 L92 heads). I will be performing a cam change (deleting the DOD) and Drive by Wire. Ever heard of anyone using a stock 300zx throttle cable on one of these? I cant imagine it wouldn't work, almost all 300zx LS swaps I have seen they will swap to the electronic throttle body. I,d much rather have it controlled by cable IMO.

No I haven't, although it just a cable. If you can make the ends fit I guess it would work.

The MSD system I purchased did not support DBW. I got good a deal on the system when I purchased it, but I do wish I did a little more research on it. There are better systems for about the same money.

You need a drive by cable Throttle body, standard pedal and my guess a computer modification of some sort
