Episode 6 of Bird’s-eye China: Shanghai, a gateway to the world

CCTV's groundbreaking documentary series, "Bird’s-eye China," is the first Chinese program to have been produced using drone technology. Each episode in the series celebrates the history, culture, and natural beauty of a different area of China. Spanning 34 vastly different provinces and regions, this series is the most difficult and expensive documentary that CCTV has ever produced.

This is Shanghai, the great metropolis located on China’s east coast, at the point where the Yangtze empties into the sea. The city lies on a plain which is, on average, just four meters above sea level. Two rivers cross Shanghai: the Suzhou and the Huangpu. The western bank of the Huangpu River is called Puxi, and the eastern, Pudong.

i'm an indian and i have lived in mumbai , i would request to all the Chinese friends , these kind of trolls are there in every society , whose sole motive is to ignite fruitless arguments , as an indian i can say mumbai is nowhere near the Shanghai or even tier3 cities of China . It's developing but not yet developed and infrastructural bottlenecks still remain .I would request to everyone please don't pay heed to these kind of trolls and in general you ask any indian which country is more developed , they will readily say China . Lots of love , affection and regards from India and i personally feel sorry towards the intellectual disability of some of my countrymen.

yes brother , even i am not sure that even this person is even indian , no indian in this world will say that india is more developed than china , even if you come in contact with any indian just ask them this question, he will definitely say that china is way more developed . There are many things that we can learn from china . Both the cultures are ancient and both will reclaim it's past heritage and position that once they commanded in the world , China has already reclaiming it's position but india has a long way to go . Anyways brother at last i'll say that no one in india believes that india is even close to china , if china and india unites diplomatically, economically, culturally and politically , then no force in this entire planet can challenge our dominance. I also believe this integration is bound to happen and this govt of narendra modi wnats to integrate much more with china but the internal politics in india creates lots of hindrances in the geopolitical, strategic and geoeconomical positions of our country , but we as an conscious citizens of our respectable countries can promote peace and love amongst ourselves.
