Video would be better with a voice over, I know from doing these myself they can be hard work, but they lift the content and engage the viewer way more than just video and text on a screen

I can say that this is probably stock. I own one and the only difference I can really pick out is mine sounds a little less clacky, and sounds bit deeper/thocky I suppose. However that is most likely due to being in person vs listening to it from a video.
