Great video, what finish for the board would you recommend it gave it a great finish? Do you advise not to chop on the resined area 🤔?

I use a homemade butcher block conditioner that’s just made from mineral oil and beeswax. The epoxy may scratch but it’s food safe so I would only stay away from it for cosmetic reasons.
