Very important questions that I have not found an answer to: 1. Comparison of the service life of the heads. 2. Comparison of durability of prints for these devices. And a comparison of the durability of the prints of these machines with AEOON and Kornit, which ink lasts a very long time.

So if the F2100 can print at half the speed of the F3070 why not buy two F2100's for a little more than half the price? I guess it cost a bit more per print but Is it worth spending $50k plus?

Great question! There are several aspects to cover but for the most part, the answer depends largely on how much volume you plan to produce. The F3070 is listed as an industrial DTG printer, designed to function 2 to 3 shifts per day. The bulk ink bag system is very price competitive. The ink price to print the design in the video is $1.03 for the F3070 vs $2.24 for the F2100. A huge difference in your ink costs and your profitability when you choose the F3070. There are several automated features that the F3070 offers that the F2100 does not that can help speed up everything from set-up, to printing and overall maintenance of the machine. The F2100 is a fantastic entry-level DTG printer with a low cost of entry into the DTG market. The slower print times and higher cost of cartridge ink might not be suited for higher volume, multi-shift production. However, it is perfect for smaller runs. Why pay less only to pay more in the long run? Thats not a smart business move.

Hi! Below are the comparison stats for running one white garment at print mode Level 2 with the same design as seen in the video. F3070: 1200 x 600, 4 pass, 20 seconds to print one white shirt, $0.17 ink cost F2100: 720 x 720, 4 pass, 41 seconds to print one white shirt, $0.30 ink cost
