Epson Home Cinema 4010 with fan rattle problem

I just received this refurb Epson 4010 projector from Epson as part of a warranty exchange for my brand new 4010 which had auto-iris problems (it would go into a blue screen failure mode and stop working completely). The fan noise on this refurbished unit is very loud and not normal, as my original 4010 was not making this rattle noise at all. When the projector shuts down, it almost sounds like you're turning off a lawnmower or something... it kind of sounds like the pistons of a gas engine revving down. I recorded and posted this short 2-minute video to KZbin so the folks at Epson could have a listen and let me know if there's anything I can do, or if I need to return this projector as well.
