I have a bx635fwd... Any help with this one pal... Or can I reset the counter ( I heard?). Thanks 👍🏻 P.s. Does it auto reset when pads are charged?

The waste counter is a value in the printer memory so you need to reset using an app like WICReset. It doesn’t auto-reset with the pads changing. Wish it did though as that’d make our lives a lot easier.
