EPYC TrueNAS Scale Build and VM Install

Between the power draw and cooling requirements of running my own server rack, it's time for some much needed consolidation, starting with virtualizing my TrueNAS and Proxmox servers into one massively overkill box.
Oh, and I'll be installing TrueNAS Scale, based on Debian Linux!
But first... What am I drinking???
A two-fer of disappointments unfortunately. Between the Plug and Play IPA from Matchless, to the KCBC Kung Fu Karaoke, there's just not a lot of good things I can say.
