Exactly i didnt understand how the mother wouldve put the responsibility of watching to see if her son drinks or not that was supposed to be the mothers responsibility not the maids the only job the maid had to do was to clean not to watch the defendants son i felt the plaintiff got fired unjustly it didnt make any to me at all

Maybe the money she was paying to get her house cleaned should be used to get some help for her and her Sons drinking issues!

It’s not the maids job to babysit her kids

I agree with the house keeper its not my job to babysit your alcoholic son whos unhinged and lawless to the defendant:raise your son put him in rehab set rules boundaries in your home 🏡 be responsible and hold your child accountable

If the housekeeper starts telling on her son, then he starts making extra mess for her to clean... then what?? Her job is to CLEAN not babysit

Sounds like the helper just didn’t want to get involved with plaintiffs son tattling on him and becoming a sheriff.

And that's totally understandable.

I just have an opinion on that case that's a loving mother that evidently doesn't have a father for the son that she has and she's trying to protect his son

That defendant was so wrong. Her son needs alcoholic treatment ASAP. That young lady wasn't there to baby sit an alcoholic she was there to clean the house.

Defendant is a day drinker and needed a nanny to watch over her teenage drinking child. Housekeepers are to clean not monitor a teenager's drinking. All the defendant kept saying that the cleaning was great, then slack off a bit to whatever. Defendant is lying and if the girl was so bad at cleaning, why keep her working for her, for defendant is a daytime drinker.

The defendent needs to be responsible for her son not the plaintiff!!! It's not the plaintiff's responsibility!!! The defendent should know where her son is at all times especially a 17 year old!!! The woman has cameras in her home for heaven's sake!!! The defendent is wrong!!!

It’s not the plaintiffs fault the defendant is too drunk to pay attention to her son , she tried it

That woman needs to stop drinking herself. She is all over the place. You should have set a better example instead of casting blame on others.

That same defensiveness the Mom showed when _her drinking was brought to light would've been what would've come if the housekeeper had mentioned her boss's son's drinking. The housekeeper is damned either way. I think the boss was just grasping at straws re firing her. Ultimately trust was broen between the Mem and son, and Mom is in deeeeep denial about it. She's willing to cast blame on the housekeeper but take none for herself and her son. Can you say fuuuuture hooooot meeeeess???????

😮. I’m shocked at the attitude of Ms. Oliver expectation of the house keeper, Ms. Randle. Ms. Randle isn’t their therapist or law enforcement.

That was a perfect response to her about her job as a mom. You’re watching the cleaning lady on camera but don’t peep in your sons room at night & you didn’t see that he did not come home until 5am. That lady was right. You probably passed out yourself.

There a reason most house cleaners clean people's house when there not home. Mom you hired her to clean your house not babysit your 17 year old son.

Why is it the plaintiffs job to babysit, that wasn't the deal? Lets see if the Judge is fair or worthless. This is my first edit so far the Judge looks like she is going to rule in favor of the plaintiff.
