Without a doubt, had the plaintiff not witnessed the accident, the daughter defendant would have driven off and never told anyone about hitting the neighbor's car. Her father taught her at a very young age to never admit or report any wrongdoing if there aren't any witnesses. The plaintiff standing there boastful, puffing his chest out cocky and prideful. He reminded me of birds blowing their chest feathers out to intimidate and appear larger. 😂 The plaintiff seems to have Napoleon syndrome. 😅

She couldn't back the car out of that humongous driveway without hitting a car legally parked across the street? Then she doesn't even get out to look at damages? The Plaintiff was more than patient. That's not "peacocking", that's being fed up with the run around. I absolutely believe the Defendants acted as rude and arrogant as the Plaintiff says. The Defendant is complaining the insurance company didn't contact him until August. That's because they jerked the Plaintiff around for months.
