This is so good for me. My biggest problem is remembering to workout every day, but it’s great to have a vid dedicated to equestrian workout exercises

this has been a tough winter for our club, with lots of snow, ice and mud and no closed arena, we couldn’t exactly ride much. i went riding a few days ago after like a month of no riding, and boy am i sore. this is the exact video i need!

@@zf1670 yes I broken the transverse process so it wasn’t as bad of an injury as it could have been. I started riding again about 8 weeks after the injury.

I started riding again after a huge 10-year break, being 20 kgs more and less fit. I have started consistently working out so I can ride better, as I feel unable to properly use my lower legs, which are really wobbly while riding :') I really liked your workout, thank you! It is also easy to progressively overload, making these exercises more difficult by adding weighs or elevation.

i ride and i’m also a gym rat and i gotta say, i love the way you explain why and which muscles you exercise and how they apply while horse riding! your routine seems simple yet effective and easy for beginners, therefore reducing any risks of hurting yourself. i would maybe add 1 or 2 more glute and inner thigh focused exercises. but congratulations , helps a lot!!

I suggest using a heavy object such as a rock or just even using your arms just do a lot more of that exercise, such as 10x the amount
