I'm late to investing in ETFs but I have bought 3 this year. Bought ARKK. Sold it 2 months later. My mistake in my poor research. Bought VBTC at high in July 😅. Hyperion HYGG at high in July. Oh well but this is my long term Oz play. My timing entry points suck but two things. I had the funds to invest something. I invested.

Good day lads! I just started tuning every day to your contents. Its been a year since I started researching about investing and for a year I have been paralysed, meaning I didn’t start investing at all because of the fear of losing my money if the company that I bought stocks from would collapse and then I stumbled upon ETF’s! I didn’t know that this basket of stocks do exist and they exist for a long time now. So stupid of me I think. But upon learning a bit about it, I stopped the analysis paralysis and bought the nasdaq 100 etf. Now im seeing a lot of ads to subscribe to them and that they will give tips which ones to buy. Do I really need those when my plan is to invest in US, Aussie and bitcoin etfs? Thank you and more power

Honestly, companies are confusing investors creating too many ETFs. Indexing is only beneficial if they have many companies in the portfolio. Anything less than 200 companies is not good in my opinion. Sticking with Vanguard VAS is gold. Just a thought.
