Thanks again for the excellent content that helps so many people. In March of 2018 I was diagnosed with brain cancer called glioblastoma. Unfortunately it has caused me to become disabled by not being able to keep my balance and I love hurting and fishing with friends and family. I always like to have my own independence but it has become very depressing because I can't just get out and go fishing spur of the moment. I will never quit or give up on my passion for the outdoors and fishing.

I have lived in South Louisiana my whole life and I’m surprised by how many people have never eaten Nutria. It’s some of the best meat ever. People will eat chicken, which will eat his own feces, but won’t eat nutria, which is a strict vegetarian. They’re high in protein and low in cholesterol. Glad someone isn’t just looking at the end of the name and actually has an open mind about it. Great work guys and gals.

That was fun Gabe, reminded me of shooting Musk Rats and Beaver as kids. We used to sell the Beaver to a guy in town who skinned them and sold the hides, same with the Musk Rats I think we got $5 for a Beaver and $2 for a Musk Rat (back in 1979-1982). Then the Government put in a license for shooting Beaver unless you were a trapper and wrecked our way of having a bit of extra cash which a 12-15yr old always needs! I will say that not once did we ever think of eating either of them. We used to eat Squirrels and Bunnies yet not the aquatic critters, bet we would now after watching you!!

We had a marlin cylinder feed .22on our farm as a kid. It was weird but effective. When using .22 shorts it seemed like you can go forever shooting until you run out. My favorite long rifle round is the CCI Stinger.
