Hey bro, whenever you place a Pokémon in the PC is heals. So while you’re out grinding or whatever, just access the PC with “select” instead of leaving them on low HP and PP. When my pkmn get low and I’m far from a pkcenter and I’m busy or sum I heal like this.

Bro fire is the easiest. Blazing Soul Typhlosion with lava plume or eruption after the sun is out makes it the perfect sweeper/revenge killer. Mega Charizard and torkoal to set sun and some other useful fire types like darmanitan rotom heat iron moth volcarona heatran Ninetales(for another sun setter) toxic orb flareon victini delphox magmortar volcanion salazzle or chandelure. Take your pick. But mega charizard y torkoal and typhlosion are the three must haves.
