Hello, Thank you for this video. I've been trying to fill this out on the website and 3 times so far when I click the save button to go to the next tab, it says page not found or something along those lines. Applied may 2021 got Email Feb 28 approved and status says closed submitted to payments and my check is in the mail it’s March 23rd 2022 I called they say hopefully April check should be here

I have a question. I applied back in may. Now just received an updated waiting for supervisor review. But I had to Borrow money to pay my rent. I was behind. My question if I’m approved can I pay back the people I own and pay remainder of my rent

Hi, do you know that a small residential landlord who has a tenant who is a company, can't apply for EARP?

@Willy Kidd you are correct - only tenants who are individuals and renting a primary residence are eligible. There are definitely gaps in the program :( If the tenant is a sole proprietorship, it might be worth a call to ERAP to see if they could apply as an individual - worst that can happen is "no" for an answer, right?

@@thecaprisgroup Hopefully the landlord & LLC tenant can come to a meeting of the minds & the money! If they haven't already, the LLC could apply for COVID-related business help, I believe rent is an allowed use of funds under most such programs. Local banks should know what PPP, EIDL or SBA programs the LLC might qualify for. From another angle, I believe in most areas commercial tenants aren't (as) protected by COVID eviction moratoriums if that is an option the landlord wants to look at (in which case they should seek local landlord attorney advice).

This program is a waste. I applied 3 months ago and every time I call the customer service doesn’t know anything. Still waiting. If December comes I give up not worth the headache. Applying for help especially when you recently had a child should not be so hard
