Did you attempt before June 1st? It is pretty user friendly. It is more efficient if you have all your documents ready to download from your computer.

I also keep getting the "blocked" page. Then I read if you live in Nassau County you need to apply locally. Where am I to apply?? I click on Nassau County it brings me to the same ERAP homepage. I live in the Town of Oyster Bay. Please, someone help!!

You have to submit one by one and get a confirmation for each document submitted. You can’t resume the application, if you didn’t finish it you will have to start all over

Why can't we review the documents that have been uploaded? It doesn't show any thumbnails so you cant be sure you've uploaded the correct thing. It also doesn't give you an option to remove a document.

You're right Lica C. Been going around in circles, can't get to the application page. IT sends you directly to groups that will help you fill out the form. I don't need help...I just nee the application form!!!!

Sooo frustrating. I could only access application though cell internet as computer request was always blocked. Uploads can be done through files on your cell or by creating original jpegs on the up. In other words taking pix of your documents. At the end I found little real confirmation that I had indeed completed the process. Also best to create your account instead of just beginning. Hope this helps. I hate it that something that is so vital to many of us who have suffered too much this year is made to be further confusing and frustrating. All the best...

I finished the app and uploaded the documents . Never received a confirmation that’s it’s completed after I uploaded. I’m so confused

Brittany....Agreed. I started the application by laptop until I was blocked. At that point I had been able to establish an account so they did have my email. Finally it dawned on me to try by cell and I resumed the application and finished at about 1pm, left with the same frustration, like where was the finish line. Come to check my email and at about 11am they sent me a letter asking if I wanted to resume my application, no link mind you. I assumed this was generated in the interim between laptop end and cellphone start. Now do you think they could have sent me a confirmation email? Like wtf? And of course today the site is still down. Like they didn't see that coming....yes I am venting but also I wish to share my experience to lend validation and support to others....cos really this is not the right era for the government to be generating so much confusion in the place of solid support. Hope they read these comments.

@Brittany Garcia no to my knowledge I did not receive a confirmation number for each of my uploads. Were you working from your laptop or your cell phone? Where would I have found this maybe I overlooked it. Of course the site is down again today and no chance of getting through on the helpline. Thanks for this info. Didn't even know there was this feature...Have you accessed your application status? Mine says "Pending"....but wtf does that exactly mean? I would like to think that it means I have completed my application and now it is pending their evaluation. But it could also mean that it's pending due to the fact that it's not fully submitted. Who can trust these people to understand anything if they can't understand how to put together a basic program and distribute it. It just wears away at your trust of anything including what words mean.

I submitted the app june 2nd and I keep trying to go back and upload the documents and it keeps giving me an error message. I tried so many different things to fix it. I tried different browsers, different documents to upload, different devices, and I called the help line and she put in a service request, but did not know why I couldn't upload anything. This is so frustrating. I tried at 3 a.m. because I thought that might help if not many people are on there right now. My landlord is starting to harass us about getting this done and he acts like we are making excuses when the damn thing won't work! Should I just try to start a whole new application? If I start a new one and still can't upload any documents I'm going to get pissed. And idek if that's okay to try to do a second one.

Ck your email there's a confirmation number there that will help you complete the process and that's what you need to do everytime you want to review the application processss. Good lipuck

The very first thing wrong here is that you don't tell people the URL. It isn't even visible in the video, and there there is no overview of the process in the description.

I could not access by computer. I was able to by internet on my cell. The application allows you to photograph your documents and upload from there. I hope this helps.
