I have been feeling similar too😢. my mental health have been bad for a long time, but took a tourn and got much worse the past three years🙁. I didn’t think I would get through 2022 at all, and when I got through it and came to the beginning of 2023 I didn’t think I would get through 2023 either but I did my best since I got the tickets for the eras tour in London in June😁. So it was also what got me to keep going😁. I made it to the eras tour and was so proud of myself for that, but it doesn’t sadly mean I am fine now 😢 every day is still a struggle for me but I am at least trying and that is enough for me right now😊 And i must say I love that you are being open about your own struggles because in my opinion, the only way to get better at helping people with mental health struggles is to be open about it😊
