Anaheim Electronics history is always a discussed subject among UC fans. Glad to see a solid information to be available in one place in English. Thank you for the your deep research and structured presentation.
What makes Anaheim Electronics' USA HQ funny is that there is an real Anaheim Electronics that exists. It could be possible someone saw the name and remebered it at a later time when thinking about companies.
Hmm... Was not expecting this when I subscribed, but it was a nice surprise.

Anaheim Electronics got introduced to the viewers in Zeta Gundam, with its AEUG. It seems that AEUG were originally meant to be a Private Military Company like Gundam 00's Celestial Being. As a military branch of AE (much like VOC / United East-Indies Company's military), instead of being Rebels againts the Titans. So, the concept probably about a fight between a company's security guard and an elite soldier. The concept of the rivalry between two military companies got reintroduced in Gundam Unicorn, which is pretty much a pseudo remake of the Zeta Gundam series. AE along many older UC stuff were pretty much written off in V Gundam. But the details on AE got expanded in Gundam 0083, and other side stories.
