MANGO SPOILERS Karl Fritz did nothing wrong. Tyburs and Azumabito are working with KF. Kruger is working with Ksaver, and probably in cahoots with Tyburs etc... Cave scene is a lie. It was a theatrical performance by Grisha and KF to the royal family, originally. But when Eren & Zeke entered *memories* ("we've all been led to this *memory* ", not the *moment of time* ), Grisha has gone off-script, and started talking nonsense about Attack Titan ability. That's why he is constantly interrupting KF. He is making a performance for Zeke to convince him that timeline is fixed. After Grisha ate Frieda, his eyes turned purple. KF possessed Grisha and killed the children. We can surmise that one goal of KF is to reincarnate Ymir into royal Ackerman baby to suppress her Titan powers. Yelena was sent by Zeke to influence Historia to make a baby with Levi. Historia asked Eren to secretly get info about Ackermans from Zeke. Eren sent letters to Levi about Ackermans. Whether KF has other goals is unknown. Eren either mind wiped himself, or was mind wiped by Ymir in Paths. It is extremely hard to correctly pinpoint when and whether it happened. He could have mind wiped himself before he went to Marley. Or during fort Slava, when he transferred memories inside of Falco. Ymir is a broken character, whose inner desires are completely unknown. At this point in time, we might as well describe her as crazy, cause nothing about her makes sense. Mikasa is 10th Titan, that she got via "newborn mechanic". Ability of that Titan is to rewind time. Kiyomi is perfectly aware of that Titan. Kiyomi was relaying everything that was happening on Paradis back to Willy. Tyburs, most probably, founded *The Association to Protect the Subjects of Ymir* and intentionally guided Eren into desired outcome of global war. Eren made another theatrical performance with his death in 138/139. This is what he wanted, to make Ymir think that he actually died. Which, as manga already confirmed, he never did. 139 Eren confirms that he doesn't want to die, and *others* (implies previous versions of Eren) didn't want to die either. He just bid his time. He was collecting memories of the half-baked plan of Armin. Yes, stopping 80% Rumbling by Alliance was the half-baked plan of Armin all along. He came up with it in previous timelines, where they got to talk tet-a-tet about all this deep-plotted stuff with conspiracies and ending the Titan curse + making a peace between Paradis and the rest of the world.

I don’t think eren ever changed. Honestly. He has goals and never acted inconsistently in the anime from episode 1. It just changes in terms of scales. He goes from titans to humans. He didn’t go from unreasonably emotional and brash to sigma. He always only cried or acted up in moments where it counted. He never cried for no reason or anything. Carla dying. Hannes dying. Etc.
@bumperjumper Жыл бұрын
A huge defense of your idea is when Eren had a temper tantrum over Mikasa at the end, showing that deep down Eren's the same kid essentially
@trolloftime5340 Жыл бұрын
@@bumperjumper no, he never acted like that, not even once, before the final chapter, so he can’t be the same kid he “always was”. He didn’t throw temper tantrums ever, and there was a logical reason for everything he did. He got into fights because they would bully Armin and he would hate what they said about being trapped in the walls. Your argument is invalid because there’s no continuation. Sorry man, it just doesn’t make sense.
@trolloftime5340 Жыл бұрын
@@bumperjumper Carla would scold him because he would get into fights with bullies or pick fights with cowards or initiate fighting between people like Hannes and the shopkeeper if I remember correctly. He was being a kid, but he didn’t cry. And there was a reason for him to do those things and to get scolded for them. He cried for the first time at Carla’s death. He went insane and cried when Hannes died. He had tears flowing down as he vowed to destroy the titans. He had tears flowing down his face when he found out everything after the long dream in the cellar in s3p2. He cried after having his nightmare in episode 1. He cried and apologised to Ramzi. All of them have reasons. The only time he doesn’t cry for a reason is in 139. Hence that’s a new character moment. It’s a totally new character development that has no logic behind it except for what I say after 2 sentences. If Eren always loved her then why did he never make advances? He’s probably just seeing those memories from another universe because of the founding Titan and that’s why he acts out of character. Remember how he said “my head’s all messed up. The past, present and future all exist at the same time because of the founder’s influence.”? That should already be proof that he wasn’t acting like the “kid he always was”.

I had to rewatch the entire 3rd season and the 4th season to figure out what was going on and why Eren decided to eradicate the world outside the walls and you couldn't have said it anymore clearer. I also felt that Eren was making himself into the bad guy because he had no other choice, as throughout the season, he kept saying he has no choice and to fight. In the last couple of episodes in season 3, he mentioned that he had to plan something without the others knowing and if they were ever free, they had to fight for their freedom beyond the walls, for he already knew what they have to face, being that he is the Attack titian, he was able to see into the future. This was his plan all along and he cherishes his friends more than anything else even himself so I do think that this is his way of proving that they are good people who deserve to live.

Exactly, it brings eren’s personality/choices full-circle in a lovely way. Also, it was clearer to me when Eren told Armin and the others that he won’t take away their powers because he doesn’t want to take away their freedom. This is my EXACT theory as well. Like as soon as I watched the Final Chapte'rs special 1, I just had a feeling. At that scene where the Marleyans (that previously tried escaping the rumbling) noticed Eren's friends jumping out of the airplane to try and stop him, and they questioned "Are those the island devils?!" Like as soon as I saw that scene, I just realized why Eren did all of this from the beginning, and that he knew it would be for the greater good. Him making this sacrifice and letting his friends kill him, so the Marleyans could finally realize that Eldians are actually good people, that came to save humanity outside the walls despite how much Marley opressed them before and threatened their life in Paradis. And let's be honest, if Eren wanted to be unstoppable I'm pretty sure he would've made sure that nothing stood in his way, but the fact that he gave his friends the freedom to act.. Eren definitely knew that this would be the only way to truly end this endless cycle of hatred.(Or at least, it's a theory for now) Honestly you've convinced me too at this point that likely, Eren will just have to end up dying. It's tragic, and even sadder when you think of the fact that he wouldn't be able to live on and see the island of Paradis and his friends become free, he himself wouldn't get to experience the freedom that he has always wanted to experience in this life, and I think he already realized that a long time ago, that he would eventually have to make this sacrifice, and that his life and a million others would be the cost of achieving this freedom and peace. It's harsh when you think about it, the fact that Eren was technically born just to end this war between humanity. His hopes, dreams, were all crushed, and he has expressed before how much it truly hurt him when he got to know about what's actually beyond that sea, that when Armin showed him that book, this would've never came to his mind. He already says it, that beyond that sea, is enemies. People who hate them and want to eradicate them just because of their ancestors' past. Things really just don't always go your way in life. But still, he has one dream that has not been destroyed, and may perhaps come true, which is the freedom of those people dear to him. In the end, he's really going to save humanity, from itself. Would be a great end to a great show. Man, I wish I knew AOT earlier than this. In the end, Eren's actually never changed. He's the same passionate, ambitious and strong-willed boy that he has been ever since he was a kid.

So much he could’ve done differently though. Founding titan can do literally anything. He could’ve gotten rid of titans. Transformed the pure titans back into humans. Then he could’ve chosen a different path just because he didn’t have the influence of the king in his ear forcing him to do nothing.

Gonna put an explanation I came up with after someone responded to me after I basically said that Eren is responsible for everything even since before his birth because of the attack titan and how it transcends time and I now realize that this explanation is probably 100% true because of how much sense it makes when it comes to Eren being the mastermind of the fixed timeline that we have in AOT: Basically but there is more to it(I recommend reading everything I say): Eren was already transcending time within the paths(I will explain) before he was born but it is likely for a different reason that you would think. The attack titans influence itself is already transcending time before the user is born, because the attack titan sends memories through the paths and the paths transcend times themselves, but if that was all there might be a plot hole. So unless if Isayama can come up with a better explanation, this is the way we have right now(it’s most likely correct but I don’t think it is 100% confirmed by Isayama or it might be idk) to explain how it worked in the timeline we have been watching: There are already different timelines in AOT(Isayama has confirmed that there are different timelines) when we take all of AOT into account. An example of two different timelines that we know of are the manga and anime. The manga and anime have been set as different timelines since the very beginning and although they are almost identical, they aren’t 100% identical and they are confirmed as different timelines(what I tell you will make you realize why they are identical even though they are different timelines). First of all, just know that the timeline in both AOT(anime) and AOT(manga) are fixed timelines and have been fixed timelines since the beginning of the series. A fixed timeline is a timeline where no matter what you do, every single thing and every single event is set in stone. For all of the people saying “why didn’t Eren change things with his power and not do the rumbling”, there was no doing that(I’m pretty sure that Eren even tells Armin that he tried to change things but no matter how much he tried he couldn’t) and I will tell you how and why the fixed timeline was created. Now that you know there are many timelines, the only way to explain the fixed timeline within AOT is we have to imagine that there was a different timeline where Eren reached a point similar to the one in our timeline, a point where he had both the power of the founding and attack titan(those two exact titans are very important) and also was able to reach the paths and have Ymir give him her power(Eren getting power from Ymir in that other timeline is proof that the intentions when altering the timeline that we see, the end goal was to end the curse of Ymir). Eren in that timeline would have wanted to end the titan curse and do the rumbling(Eren calling himself an idiot who was given too much power will probably make sense after all of this). Also btw, both worlds in the timeline we watch and the other timeline are the same, but not everything is, Eren likely wouldn’t have even been born in the fixed timeline that we watch until the influence of Eren from the other timeline and you will see why if you search up the scenes of Eren Kruger talking to Grisha about “starting a family”. The Eren from that other timeline(the one we don’t see) used the power of the founding and attack titan while transcending time because of Ymir’s power(transcending time also means being able to transcend timelines in a sense). Now if you want to know why the founding titan and attack titan are important, Eren used the founding titans ability to command the attack titan within himself to send memories to the past of the timeline that we had been watching and influenced the whole past by doing that. The reason why I said Eren(in the timeline we see) wouldn’t have been born is because Eren, the one that has been transcending time in the timeline that we don’t know anything about except that the rumbling never happened in that timeline, is the one who made sure he would be born in the world that we see by Making Grisha rebel against Marley and meet his mother Carla. He also made sure that Grisha would take the founding titan and give it to himself in the timeline that we see. Eren who had been transcending time created fixed timelines that were almost identical to each other both in the manga and the anime. In other words, everything that happened in the timeline we see would happen exactly as the way it did because of the influence that Eren had by altering the timeline. Eren calls himself an idiot who got his hands on power because he realizes that he is the one who wanted all of that death and destruction, it doesn’t matter if he felt horrible about it, all of it happened because he was “born into this world”. Eren in the other timeline is probably not only responsible for his mother being eaten by a titan but many other things as well because the timelines were likely very different before it was turned into a fixed timeline. Grisha’s sister probably would have never had the kind of death she went through if not for Eren(Eren from the other timeline is probably the reason why Grisha takes his sister outside), the previous attack titans may not have fought for freedom if not for Eren, Eren(in the fixed timeline that we see) would not have to go through the pain of killing so many if not for him being born into this world. Just about anything in the fixed timeline that we see could have been made the way it is, especially everything Eren does from the moment he is born in the fixed timeline, because the philosophy of freedom that defines his character is what leads him to never being able to obtain it. Eren(the one from the other timeline) is like the director of everything that we watch in the fixed timelines(both anime and manga), and Eren(in the fixed timeline that we watch) realizes how disgusting his want of justifying genocide in order to get rid of Ymir’s curse(same thing as “get rid of titans”), and that is most likely the reason that he calls himself an idiot. Extra stuff: If you are wondering something like how Eren altered Mikasa’s memories, that is kind of simple. Ackermans are only immune to memory manipulation through the founding titan, Eren manipulated Mikasa’s memories through the paths. This is not time travel, it is a time paradox, Eren(from the other timeline) is never physically visible or moving physically when making the fixed timeline. Eren(from the other timeline) changes the past of the timeline that we see *through the paths* by sending memories which means that he most likely was only able to affect eldians and anyone that was connected to him and Ymir because of the paths. Eren not only forced the timeline that we see with his own birth but is also responsible for all the pain and suffering Eren(in the fixed timeline that we see) goes through, from all of the scouts that die, to *possibly* Bertholdth, Annie and Reiner sent to attack the wall, Eren made a fixed timeline that we see and is why Eren says “I am an idiot who was given too much power”. It’s pretty complicated but if you read every single thing I said it should make some sense as to why Eren(the one we see in the fixed timeline) starts sobbing over Mikasa, why Eren didn’t want to do what he was born to move forward to, and why Eren is truly, a slave to freedom.

To me he sacrificed himself for family, freedom and temporary peace of his people. From a child one of his flaws was never backing down from a fight he was a fighter and survivor and ultimately he was going to be gone in 4 years and that was the only way to save the ones he held so dear. The world of attack on titan all rallied against paladis to destroy it and in doing so that world became Erens enemy that he had to fight whatever the cost, a person who would do anything to save the ones he loved. His curiosity nurtured by armin wanted freedom.... the attack titan fuelled this it's as if ymir made that titan just with him in mind. His heart wanted to save his people even if just in that lifetime. It was a selfish selfless act. As for Eren not changing those in Paladis back to humans, maybe its because in the final battle he knew who would come for him, it wasnt the jaegerists or the military, it was his scout regiment and the warriors united. Also it may have helped his friends resolve in taking him down. Absolutely love Eren, think for me he's the most complicated love/hate character. When he ran to zeke and got his head blown off I was devastated.... then the rumbling started I didnt recognise the character I'd grown to love so much, I liked the ending... Mikasa was the only one who could have done it, she killed his darkness and simultaneously stopped his nightmare and put him to rest.

I have a dark theroy on attack on Titan. I believe the whole series is a gimic to express the number 1 reason why they hate Christians.... Constantine. The Romans have prefected everything they hate about war. They have guarded it's rules, protected it's soap, embraced it's gifts, and mastered the art of obedience (function is more important to war than fists). If war was a tree they have devoured it's fruits. Jews had once thought that Jesus would come and defeat the Romans, in some ways they still are; not against the government but the machines they left behind. And what did God do about it...He allowed them hijack his religion and make it apart of the machine the world is HUNGRY to destroy. That is what the founding Titan represents, God's relationship with the Romans. The founding Titan freed a pig, while Jesus filled pigs with demons and sent them to the sea to drown...all to save a man who would become apart of the growing machine. The main reason why they hate Hitler is because they see him as another Constantine... but with a better example. They see his real persecution by making American children walking out of the theater singing patriotism in their hearts. The darkest part about it is that Erin's solution is to make Father Mutiny to destroy the Titans. Everything he did in the final act was a munity against the rules against the rules that war is trying to protect. Remember the real opposite of war is not peace it's munity, the real opposite of war is war against... growing too big. Why this story is depressing is that munity cannot work when you are filled with too much happiness.
