I saw this, years after, in 2006 when I was 16,been watching wrestling for just 6 years. All I could think was, why would Eric support this work shoot, insider, hot shot, nonsense. I detest the defense, it's just wrestling, bro. So, during Slow Horses, I should expect a character to turn to Jaxon Lamb and say, hey Gary, what did you get for your contract, BTW, I'm supposed to let you shoot me in this scene, but nah.

If that's case why has the guy not transitioned into any other form of writing (his autobiography about his time in pro wrestling doesn't count.) Why not write other fiction or written blogs on some other hobby or endeavor of life? Why no fiction novels, why no writing for series or movie scripts? Why no writing for video games? Something other than pro wrestling which he claims to despise.
