David cooked a private dinner for my friend's family and I was lucky enough to be invited to the dinner. This dinner was a donation prize at my school's Gala event in and my god was the food delicious and well presented. Truly a masterchef

See the choice is there to test them, their decision says quite lot, if you decide to participate despite being able to "skip" and remain safe, but instead take chance and risk it all, shows your confident in your abilities and that you really want to prove yourself and if you dont prove your skills to them, you wont ever win, just doing the bare minimum vs doing more than the bare minimum, which one is going to look better? Nobody wants the person that does the bare minimum, everybody wants the person that does more than the bare minimum, and not participating would be doing the bare minimum

Fun Fact : Truffle is a very hard ingredient to work with. Many chefs worldwide wish to have this ingredient on their dish but very hard to get a hold of. It takes a true genius to worn with truffles

he was leagues above the competition, and the competition was really good. The first two seasons had the fiercest rosters out there, by Beccy's season the quality dropped off a cliff, as you can see in the finale dishes
