This is such a monstrous lick! I love how players like Eric Gales and Eric Johnson can use the pentatonic scale and yet make it sound unique and not clichéd at the same time.

Thank you. I pick 12-15 on B string then pick 12-14-17 then pull off to 14-12. So 17p14p12 others are picked✌️

No, it's not, the picking is different and eric gales plays the guitar upsidedown and backwards which makes him bend the strings very very differently from Joe bonamassa. A tone that a normal right handed player won't get.
