I used to watch helms videos all throughout college from 2016 to 2019 especially when I worked at a vitamin store. I’m getting back into the science based lifting now and it’s insane how much progress you have made but also how different and more mature I feel watching Wisconsin. It’s almost like all the advice I learned from you guys came true and now I’m coming back with more trust

Does Eric take clients on to build training routines?

Think so. They have a service with infrequent check-ins (as opposed to full-time coaching) but you don’t get to choose who from Berto, Jeff, Brad, Eric and now Brian will be working with you - they pick based on who has space/who they think would be a good fit for you based off the extensive pre-consult you have to fill out.
