the being content with being hungry during a diet thing hits home. I can make all the greg doucette anabolic cookbook artifical sweetener high volume recipes I want but in my experience the more time I spend thinking about what low calorie recipe I'm going to make today the more hungry I feel because I'm constantly thinking about food.

I'm in the fasting thing since 2014. Dieting is a mental game. Food is the most hard of the 'addictions', that everybody have, of course. To win the hunger you must fight the fear of your own death, if you go deep inside the emotions. You have to reach a point where you say: i'm starving now, and i'm fine about it.

I used to be the exact same, now when cutting i use bland food and meal prep so the decisions are pre made and i don’t think about food. The more you think about it you Convince yourself you are hungrier

I've just got a reality check when it comes to cutting the physique. In 2017 when I was 23/24 I dropped 10kg, from 83 kg to 73 kg. I was shredded af. Veins on quads, even on stomach and back. Now in 2023 I am 29, almost 30 and I can;t stand the calorie deficit LOL. Back then in last weeks of the cut I was on 1700kcal a day, with workouts and cardio. Every 10th day I had big refeed. Now I am on 2300kcal and I am losing my shit after 2-3 weeks and it ends with binge eating. I am afraid I will never see my 6pack again lol. Thank you for your wisdom Alberto, I will just try to accept the reality and keep moving forward on deficit.

Just curiosity, why don’t you eat a good amount of vegetables bro? On the full day of eating video I didn’t notice that. Without malice in the question
@Year_Of_The_Cat2 жыл бұрын
Yeah I noticed that too, I mean I get IIFYM/flexible dieting and that’s really all that matters to get lean but little to no micro noots to be seen… My well being would fall dramatically if I didn’t eat my veggies. I’m also curious about this question, and the same no malice intended. How do you get by without eating many veggies or was this just single day of eating and not representative of the overall diet?
@Team3DMJ2 жыл бұрын
I think it’s really hard to clearly see what one person chronically eats from a few snap shots
@Year_Of_The_Cat2 жыл бұрын
Of course 3DMJ. That’s why we’re just asking the question. We know this isn’t the be all and end all in terms of berto’s diet. We are just curious as to where the veggies fit in. It’s a valid question. Would like to see a couple of days of food eating maybe a three day or maybe even just ONE day of eating which includes an average of a weekly feeding inc veggies. Nice one on the word “chronically” It would’ve thrown most people… Not me dough! 😜 Dat you Eric? Maybe ?😝 xx I love you all baby!!! 😝😝😝

Gum is the worst thing to eat...makes you salivate gets your stomach acids going cause your body thinks your eating actual food but when nothing is there it just makes you more hungry

Really interesting how you like the press arounds. I tried them the other day and they felt as awkward as they look. Probably doing them wrong. Just don’t enjoy the cable rubbing against the forearm. You look super jacked when you do them tho. My video didn’t look so great😂. I see you brace with your other arm. That may be where I’m going wrong

What is the strategy for the DB bench? Two sets of 6 for the 115s and once achieved, go for 120 for 6? Seems like a big jump, but if you're "retracing" your steps, I suppose it doesn't matter.

I thought I could…goal is to get 115s for all 10s three times and then move up

@@Team3DMJ How long does it typically take you to go from 6 reps to 10 reps across three sets? 1-3 months? This is assuming you're not in a calorie deficient.
