I realized yesterday when I listened to two of these back to back, that this has basically become my main MMA pod. Rogan's isn't fun anymore bc half the time, he's like that old uncle who keeps repeating himself, talking over the guests, and steering the conversation into stale political arguments. Good balance here between the grizzled vet Rampage and the thoughtful, but down to earth Sheckler, who bounce off each other and draw the best out of their guests. I would say that I hope you guys blow up, but I feel like that's inevitable. So instead I'll say, I hope you guys stay as cool as you are now when it happens.

Xtreme Couture MMA Gym had a lot of coaches and trainers come and go. One coach sadly passed away (RIP Robert Follis). I'm glad they got Coach Nicksick. Not sure how true this is but apparently he started off as a BJJ student at XC.

Robert Follis impacted a lot of other coaches as well like Tim Welch (Sean O'Malley coach) who used to be roommates with him
