I recall an interview with him in a magazine where he was so bitter about the KISS reunion. Saying Gene and Paul are all about dead Presidents. It just made his move of coming back in as Peter even more hypocritical IMO.

Yeah he was bitter in 96 and even more bitter in 2003 when they dumped him a second time. Said some negative things about them at the time. Then he came back in 2004 and said “I’m a musician and we have to follow the money”. At least he accepted his part as a journeyman I guess. He took it a lot less seriously than Thayer did.

Ace and Peter being on MTV Unplugged was a condition of the show even happening and it came direct from producer Alex Colletti. And you also said the KISS reunion happened until 2004 which is also wrong, Peter dropped out in 2001 and Eric replaced him for a year. Then Ace dropped out in 2003 and Thayer replaced him permanently. Don’t try to correct THE FONZ. Oh and you also called it LTV Unplugged not MTV Unplugged, because you are a KISStard.
