Context: Saul is a lawyer who paid the people in the video to lie as part of a big scheme to bring a bank franchise's image down, alleging they used a copyrighted photograph among other things. That's why the guys are cringing, since the bank owner isn't a even a bad guy or anything and doesn't deserve it. Even worse: Saul's girlfriend represents the bank and watches on in horror during this whole thing.

Pretty much, although it's more or less to force a settlement than to go to suit. Another layer (BCS spoilers incoming), Jimmy/Saul's long time girlfriend Kim is representing the people Saul is blackmailing here. She was secretly working with Saul on this because she didn't like what her client was doing, but she asked pulled the plug once people got suspicious of her. Thus, when Saul goes through with the plan anyways, it's also betraying Kim. So it's two layers of uncomfortable. Saul being a sleazy, scumbag lawyer and him stabbing someone he cares about in the back.

@@R10paris Someone explaining what this one clip is about is hardly gonna spoil the entire series. You’re also acting under the incorrect assumption that the reason I don’t watch reactions to this particular series is because I don’t want to be spoiled. In fact for this particular show it’s because I don’t have much of an interest in the show itself and therefore have no interest in reactions to it. Whilst I may eventually watch it, it’s very low on my priority list. I’d also like to point out that all of you are wasting a lot of effort arguing with me about this, instead of simply explaining the context of the clip, which would resolve this matter entirely and would save us all a lot of time. It’s seems extremely irrational.

Better Call Saul spoilers: Saul is trying to force a settlement with a bank by threatening to release outright lies to the media and to file a copyright infringement suit. Also, Kim, Saul's girlfriend, is the lead attorney for the bank. She originally was working with Saul I'm secret because she didn't like what her client was doing, but she told Saul to stop with the plan once her boss got suspicious of her involvement on the case. When Saul does this, it's not only him being a shady lawyer, it's also him stabbing his girlfriend in the back.
