In this module, you will learn how to connect with clients and build constructive hypnotic relationships for positive change by utilising Ericksonian Hypnosis. Ericksonian Hypnosis is about using hypnotic language in an artful non-authoritarian way to assist clients to access trance states and the resources of the unconscious mind.
Milton Erickson, the originator of Ericksonian Hypnosis, started his career as a psychiatrist utilising hypnotic patterning in his day-to-day work with mental health patients. As Erickson built his hypnotic repertoire in the mental health sector, later in his career he would work and conduct research in his private therapy practice where he fully developed his unique form of hypnosis and became world famous in the field for his stunning results with his clients.
