I swear I'm living vicariously through ya'll videos! Absolutely love the camera skill. I'm strictly a runner, although I've been looking around for my first road bike. I really wish I can see my girlfriend in Alberta Province again, haven't seen her since November 2019, and it's been a stressful year not seeing each other and next month will be a year when we first officially met in person although we met through KZbin and only seen each other a couple times it's hard to wait for borders to open, you guys are so fortunate, my girlfriend has never left Canada, itll be good to see her again though, good work on the video watching in Redding California

Love your work and happy to support you guys! Just bought a shirt and cap! Idea for another episode: Laundry/smell-o-vision? You guys know laundry is a huge part of endurance training. So seeing what/how you guys wash (do you have a separate bin/load for just training stuff? any special detergents? do you/can you wash a chest HR strap? do you wash ur hats?). Also, between 2 athletes training, a van, and a dog.... I have to imagine things can get pretty ripe. Would love to know how you keep things from getting too funky. Maybe after quarantine, Paula's family could tell you if you're going "nose blind" to anything. Just a suggestion.

It’s the Nordic track c990. It started squeaking almost immediately, but I hit the elevation joints with Wd40 and we’re good now. We’ll have an update if anything happens 😂

I hate to sound like a downer, cuz I really enjoy all of your videos. Your camera work and artistic eye is great, along with inspiring video of training for triathlon. You both have *such* strong vocal fry when you speak that it makes it hard to listen to... It can actually be damaging to your vocal folds. Just consider learning more about it. That's all. Keep up the good work.

I noticed that a while back but want die of it was just me or the way the mic picks up their voices. Also, I don’t think vocal fry is dangerous to the vocal folds. A lot of metal singers use it to get a “fry” scream. It’s considered a healthy way to produce that sound.
