This week we're finally back down in Tucson, Arizona and we got back in the water for the first time in 6 weeks. We're swimming alongside fellow pros Heather Jackson, Lionel Sanders, Joanna Brown and Chelsea Burns. We did a low RPM bike workout on the newly repaved Gates Pass, and we went for a run with hill repeats in the Catalina Foothills. We hope you enjoy!

That swim shot has to be Paula. Great body position and catch. Gates pass and the Catalinas bring back some great Tuscon memories. Think about a running KOM/QOM going from the Ranger's Office up Sabino Canyon to the end of the pavement - it will get your attention!

Shooot.. This is giving me FOMO. Craving some Tucson desertlife. But I'm training in FL this year so it's not bad. That pool is fantastic and I did not know it was there, although outside of Tucson. The Loop rules, and Gate's Pass descent is sketchy, roads out there are cracked and flakey. West side and the mtn park is my stomping grounds when Im there. Anyways, stoked to be in a pool here too!

Not sure about first watch.. Presta is our go-to for coffee and doesn’t have inside seating. It seems like some restaurants do, but we’ve only done takeout

Eric, just a fyi. Do not leave your one trac in your van or car. I had mine stolen out of my car and I live in Boulder. Onetracs are the hottest item to be stolen by punks right now.
