I feel sorry for those who are waiting for Ten Hag sack. I dont think it will happen in 1 year time. Listen to how he has always responded to the question of why he signs young players, he says "Its the choice we have made in the last 2 years" "We" there means "The Club". This is almost like saying, "The club has given me young players to develop and yet you expect me to win the league, which will take some time" This why he can boldly say in the press conference "We are not challenging for the league" and you think a manager can say this if its has not been discussed with the management ?. Remember that this man came into this club with the expectation of signing big players like De Jong, Casemiro, but club ownership shifted hand and the new owners brought in a young-players-development model. They went out to get another manager, but many rejected the job bcus of the young players model. Imagine managing Manchester United with high expectations but in reality you can't archieve it because it will take time. Now, why did I say they cant sack Ten Hag? They cant sack him because they have chosen a football model which takes time to succeed. If Ineos, wanted trophies as soon as possible, they wont be signing young players. We appreciated success only if you do your homework to justify your progress & bring in the necessary depth to justify a 65+ games season. Winning those cups indicates EtH is a moments manager meaning he's not a serious manager, not a Man Utd type. EtH hasn't earned the right to be our long term Manager cos right now he's been messing Up due to his lack of adapting & limited approach to the job & his undermining of the youth policy, due to poor In-game management so his Job is definitely under review already due to his underperformance as Manager of our Club in the time he has been there so there's room for improvement. EtH has been hanging his players out to dry & he's at fault for 10 out of the 16 losses due poor summer transfers & lack of depth for the season. EtH has been the worst Manager at Man Utd for 60 years, we've experienced since SMB. This manager is purposely going out of his way to mess up everything that we stand for so he definitely doesn't deserve to Stay, Win, Draw or Lose on Saturday or Sunday. Get Rid ASAP! This is the worst comment I hear read in years in ETH. If he is a moment manager, he won't rely on young players but the experienced. We have too many minutes fan that are not futuristic in their reasoning and making conclusions. This is biggest challenge in football ball, everybody can love it, and everybody has right to speak, each voices limited by the quality of our mind.
