Griff, respectfully, this episode is so deep. From the comments to Tony to Bronny to the Turbo Tax commercial. My man, two words: Thank and You!!

Relieved and loved hearing your level headed takes on what happened from a comedian perspective. Admittedly I thought Tony's comment was disgusting, but you definitely cleared that up. He just needs to bear in mind the magnitude of the audience watching. Much love, man.

Love you Eric, and i truly appreciate the unmatched vibes youve always brought to comedy and any community you find yourself a part of ❤ That being said, holy smokes that first comment was on top of mount cringemore. If Tony's 11 minute comedy set at trumps rally (whether or not it was the move to put him up there) ruined comedy and podcasting in it's entirety for this guy....yikes dude, such an extra over-dramatic reaction, especially since he literally can't bring himself to not call the event a "nazi rally" since CNN and mainstream media have decided it'd be like super duper cool of all their supporters to believe and perpetuate such an outrageously childish lie. This woke mindset is actually starting to rot brains beyond reasonable remedy. Guy needs to grow the fuck up and learn to to think more for himself, and lead a more courageous less sheltered life. 😅 Un goddamn real with some of these people

Couldnt have said it better myself regarding Tony and the strange thought to have him at that particular event. In the end it didnt really help anyone and left me, an avid kill tony viewer very confused in general.

Tony is a professional and absolutely should’ve adjusted his set to suit the situation. Part of me almost believes he might’ve done it on purpose because it was just so wrong. But with that said, it’s comedy. Not racism. Trump 2024

Let me start by saying that I love Tony and I love his humor, and I understand his humor. But really, why the hell was he there? Outside his own bubble where the whole world can see him? And believe me, most people in the world and America don't know him or understand his humor. Seen from Europe (because that's where I come from) America is very polarizing. And these kinds of performances do not help America to be united. And what America needs is UNITED States of America. Now it seems there are two nations in America. More Americans should follow your thoughts Erik.

12:28 Tony is a great writer. I believe 100% this is the reaction he was expecting. They wanted eyes and ears in their direction, and they got it. And Tony for sure kept it mild in my opinion.

If you go on bad friends again I think it would be a good boost for your channel, it’s been awhile since you’ve been on, you were hilarious the times you were on and I think it’s over do. (Unless it is due to the producers or host(s) of the show that you haven’t been on) you are one of the realist comedians I’ve seen on KZbin and is sad your numbers aren’t higher than they deserve

The joke itself wasn't a huge deal, but the scenario it was told in added a layer to this. Tony is responsible for what he says, where he says it. You can say it falls on the convention for hiring him, but he told the joke, and it shows his true colors. Y'all in the comments may not know the definition of racism, but the joke was racist.

@torrescopywriting5374 you don't understand reality, this isn't a comedy vacuum we are in. Your statement is true in a comedy club, but consequences are also just as true. Tony wouldn't say this to any Puerto Rican on the street.

He's said similar things to people on his show for years now 😅 and its hilarious how many people are taking him seriously. He even makes it a point to say that he's a comedian and that isnt his usual audience, but yall still choose to take it seriously and cry@woodlandmac

I don’t think accountants are the competition to Intuit. I’m pretty sure many use Intuit products to do their job, and so why would Intuit wanna piss off their largest customer base? Sorry though it affects you negatively, that does suck.

@torrescopywriting537428 күн бұрын
That’s a bad crowd, not a bad comedian
@ethanboos51527 күн бұрын
@@torrescopywriting5374 So the crowd is required to laugh at anything a comedian says? Pretty sure that's not how it works. The way I received it was that he expected me to be the type of person who appreciates racist jokes by virtue of being from Oklahoma. Plus, they were cheap and unfunny.

@@woodlandmac Huh? Not all "art is hilarious"... And again art is subjective. I thought it was not only hilarious but also thoughtful. Think about how many more people now know about Puerto Rico's horrible trash problem. Maybe now with all this attention they can finally get something done.
@woodlandmac26 күн бұрын
@@nb-wp2qz no the fact that you called that art is hilarious, and wtf have you ever been to puerto rico? I am puerto rican, you can fuck right off thinking its an island of trash, this is why those jokes are harmful. He said something stupid and all the moronic trump sycophants are foaming at the mouth. Fuck him and anyone who is down with his sentiment, and there is no art to what he did.
