without spoiling anything, im thinking of ending things was an amazing book, i have just gotten back into reading, and it was a great start. at first i HATED the ending, but as i thought more and more i realized how well it worked. i wish i knew more books similar because it was definitely a great book!

I know what you mean about the ending, I wasn’t quite sure how I felt after finishing it, but after taking some time and really simmering on it I really liked it. My opinion on the book has changed after reading it the first time. I wasn’t really a fan at first, but the more I time I spent thinking about, I really love it.

My Best Friend's Exorcism sounds like an interesting book! So does My Sister, The Serial Killer (I've been listening to Halsey too much and the summary you gave reminded me of her song 'killing boys' lol). All of these books actually sounded good; I'm going to need to check some of them out! And you honestly gave the perfect amount of info for each one-it was enough to intrigue me and I know I can look at your review vids for more on the books!

I'm so confused: tried to order sour candy and camp slasher. Was told by my neighborhood bookstore, that they cant order it for me. You have to get these books by ordering with amazon or straight from the writer/publisher themselves. Why??? Doesnt make any sense to me, even a bit.🤯🤯🤯

Yes, these authors only sell on amazon! From what I understand it’s easier for self published authors to sell their books through them because bookstores don’t usually take on self published. Also, it allows them to sell it for a decent price and more people are able to get their hands on it!

I did. I didn’t find it scary like a spooky scary but it’s scary in a different sense. It’s about guilt and the mistakes we have made and dying alone and that feeling of being alone is scary in itself. Love your reviews tho 👍 keep em coming

It’s definitely more of a thriller in my opinion, but it deals with murder, so it could be horror for some people. I think of it more as a dark comedy/thriller.

It's difficult to categorize this book .It's not a thrillery enough,No creep factor.Its more like love triangle with a twist on murder.Probably that is the reason I was disappointed in this book,as everyone was labeling it as a thriller,horror .

I get what you’re saying! It’s definitely a personal preference and what someone categorizes as “horror,” “thriller,” etc. I can see how you’d be disappointed in a horror labeling. I’m so used to books being categorized as horror and then not finding it to be that at all.
