I feel like a crap without 24 frets...
@creepysherpa74814 жыл бұрын
Yeah but also in some situations, you would need to have a 24th Fret. For example, a very fast descending lick from the 24th fret down... basically any situation where you’re not able to bend, but you’re right... a lot of amazing guitar players have accomplished a lot with just 22 frets. It also depends on which genre you enjoy to play/listen to the most. If you want to play progressive metal... then 24 frets are essential. If you’re playing rock or just music that’s not as technical(or even music that is technical but you don’t need the 24th) then that will do it. Malmsteen was able to make it work...

@@ValSalva1337 There's a reason most guitarists stick to a particular setup to master. Whether that be a certain tuning or fret size / scale... types of wood ETC ETC. Your argument is essentially re learn or adapt, which In my mind is silly when you consider the options on the market today.

@@evanduquette Yeah, but every other manufacturer I've ever tried with a PLEK job (Suhr, Mayones, etc) have been perfect. Gibson also sucks at just about every aspect of guitar building as well. They can't really be used as an effective example of any manufacturing aspect. That being said, this guitar is overpriced in typical EBMM fashion. Beautiful instrument but overpriced. These should be $2,500.

$3200. Are you guys F in crazy. Why are guitars just getting way more expensive. It’s the same guitar guys. I love how they say it’s brand new,,, no it’s not. Just new colors. The country is broke,, and you put out a $3200 guitar. Lol. Wow. I’ll pass. Guitars over $2000 are just a waste IMO. I’d get a PRS if I’m gonna spend that much. Or 2 Jems. i generally agree with you. once you get past like $2500 it seems the tone and playability does not improve, just the rarity of the wood, hand-built etc. so for a great pro guitar, one should not have to go much higher than $2000 US new. but as long as the market exists for $5000+ guitars they'll keep making em. supply and demand. looks like the demand is still there currently
