I got this error yesterday on my 2 week old 2024 24k (propane) generac. My engine cranked the first time, but did not start, and then after that didn’t crank at all. I noticed my fuse on the top panel looked crooked and not seated properly. I pulled it out and put it firmly back in and the generator worked perfectly after.

Why didn’t you show us how to fix it? What’s the point of this video?

The text at the end of the video says there are many different reasons for this error code and that this is a temporary fix. There are probably too many fixes to list in a short video. The point is obviously to help anyone that needs an immediate temporary fix, as shown by the other comments here.
