I have loved my dryer, which is now 3-4 years old but it has started constantly throwing the 'full' light fault before washing is dry. Like ten minutes in to the cycle! Over the last 24 hours I've restarted it the same load 9 times after cleaning out the filters and emptying water tank EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've always emptied both of the filters after every load like you said to do. After a year or so I noticed the radiator grills were very dusty but the lint around it is always wet (lots of condensation around that area). I've had to spend hours lying on the laundry floor cleaning the fins every month or so. In another video you said this was due to not emptying filters regularly, but that is definitely not the cause in my case. Being wet, the lint is wet so it's very hard to get off the fins. I've tried toothbrushes, vacuum cleaner brush attachment, fine tooth combs, even a very a thin needle to pull the lint out and down so it doesn't go back in to the grill. Please tell me how I might be able to fix the problem of the 'full' fault so the dryer will work! I've pulled the machine out and checked the hoses. There is no blockage in the external hose. Thanks

Aww, I'm so sorry to hear that. To be honest with you, I'm not home appliances tech, so anything I'll hint on will be a speculation. From what you are describing sounds like a condenser fault e.g. nothing you can do... However, before you assume that you need a new dryer make sure that your dryer's drainage is working well e.g. you can see that it actually drains the condensation out. Also clean the sensor that is tacked away between filters (kind of inside between internal and external walls), it always get dirty. Sorry if it doesn't help, but I hope you get it going again. All the best!

@bloodnut822 mine started doing this. Did you end up getting a repair person out to fix this? it's definitely not filter related and is either the water pump or sensor

Thanks for the video. We have noticed a significant increase in lint being outside of the dryer. We clean the filters and heat pump as suggested but still find lint on top of and around the dryer. Would you know why this is happening and any possible solutions?
@GregYurchenko
@GregYurchenko 8 ай бұрын
Thank you for watching. Only guess here, but if you find an increasing amount of lint around that maybe the sign that one of the filters is not sitting properly or totally blocked. I clean both filters and heat exchanger fins after every run. Hope it helps.

I'm getting whirring sound from my Esatto heat pump dryer. When I pause it, the dryer stops but I hear something still spinning for a few seconds before it stops. Is it the pump? Do you have a video explaining how to check pump? Thanks

Yeah, sounds like pump. It does sound like that. Sorry, don't have a video as this is more or less sounds like normal appliance operation.

Hi I have the lace of my shorts stuck in one of the holes of the dryer drum. It seems to have gone in and done a loop. I don't know if should just cut the lace and keep using it. But I'd ideally like to loose the front shield with holes to unloop the lace

where can I find the moisture sensor? I find that my dryer doesn't fill up the water tank like it used to

Unlikely to do anything with any sensor. You may need to clean well heatsink fins and off course all the filters.

I have been using it for 2 months. Recently,the dryer keeps stopping. E.g. I set to standard dry,it says it takes 1:10 to dry. it would stop after 10 min and turned itself to anti greasing mode. I checked, all the clothes are still wet. Is there anywhere I can fund the sensor?
@GregYurchenko
@GregYurchenko 3 ай бұрын
Check that all filters are clean. If they are you may need to clean heatsink fins. If all clean try to force it via different cycle like cotton extra to see if it makes any difference.

Anyone know if the fan on the front off the dryer behind the grill is ment to be on the hole time using the dryer? I notice mine doesn't spin.

Not all the time for sure. It's on and off as it needs to cool a heatsink unit on demand.

Hi my dryer keeps on turning the electricity off I’m clean both filters after ever use as you said to do and I’m not overloading it It was going fine but it’s on ever load now would u know what the issue is a new dryer too
@GregYurchenko
@GregYurchenko Жыл бұрын
The normal electrical circuit is designed for 10A. 10A = 2400W. At the peak of consumption this dryer does not exceed load of 1200W. In plain English: It is either your dryer developed an electric fault or your electrical circuit is already loaded more than 1200W that load of your dryer trips it over. Solutions are pretty easy. 1. Connect dryer for one operation to a different electric circuit (mind you, you really need a different circuit as number of power points can be connected to the same circuit). If it doesn't trip the power that means your dryer is OK and you need better power distribution within the circuit. If it trips the power then.... 2. Likely your dryer is still under the warranty. Call them and fix it up. Either way it should be easy to identify and take care of. Good luck.

It's a shame you cant remove the condenser to wash it. Bosch has a self cleaning condenser which uses the water from drying the clothes to back flush

@@GregYurchenko fair point. I have a condenser dryer and you can remove the heat exchanger to rinse all the crud out. So I light brush and vacuum will help but let's be honest it will be full of stuff. It's a design flaw imo. Should be able to remove it to clean
