ESCANOR VS ESTAROSSA!! Seven Deadly Sins Season 2 Episode 21 and 22 Reaction. In today's Seven Deadly Sins reaction, Escanor fights Estarossa! In episode 21 "Certain Warmth," Elizabeth cares for Meliodas aafter his battle with the Ten Commandments. However, an unexpected visitor arrives at the Boar Hat. The mysterious man is revealed to be Zaratras (Gilthunder's father)! His soul was returned to his body after Melascula resurrected the dead. He asks Elizabeth about Meliodas to only find out the truth about his death. Zaratras tells Elizabeth there is a way to communicate with Meliodas! Hawk, Zaratras, and Elizabeth travel through Meliodas's past memories to find out any information. After, Elizabeth believes Meliodas will one day return to her as he promised all those years ago. However, Meliodas is in purgatory only to reveal that he is the son of the Demon King! On the other hand, Liones is under attack as the Ten Commandments start their assault.
In episode 22 "Return of the Sins," the battle between Escanor and Estarossa begins! Estarossa makes way to the castle only to be confronted by Escanor. The two power houses go at it! Escanor wings an attack at Estarossa only to get Full Countered! However, this does not stop Escanor as he summons a Cruel Sun. His attack is so powerful that it would kill his comrades and destroy everything around him! Escanor launches Estarossa to a near by lake evaporating it in the process! However, this does not stop Estarossa as he stands firm. Escanor uses his Cruel Sun, but Estarossa puts it out by consuming it in darkness. By this time, the sun is at it's brightest as it turns noon. This alows Escanor's sun to shine through the darkness allowing him to obliterate Estarossa!

That is...very true. Also spoiler: King could probably be stronger than Escanor at noon. Only when King has his fully grown wings though. Because when Estarossa had a bunch of commandments and everyone else (Derieri and two of the archangels) were struggling, King defeated him pretty easily. Now, Estarossa might've been destroyed from the inside out because of the multiple commandments but even so, King did what Derieri and two archangels could not. And then Estarossa realises that he is actually Mael and wrecks every demon he sees but...we ain't focusing on that right now.

In the manga (comics), Escanor is so powerful that his aura disintegrates other people around him. His axe makes it to where that doesn't happen. But when he fights seriously, he throws down the axe and fights with his fists. He gets to multiple hundreds of thousands of power if I remember correctly (but I could be wrong). Power wise, he is the most powerful. But because he is only strong during daylight I would not say he is the strongest of the sins. Probably Merlin considering she can't die and can use infinite amounts of magical abilities. But still, Escanor is the most fun to watch in my opinion. So far, you guys are my favorite people to watch reacting to this show. Keep up the great work!

11:00 the person speaking is both Meliodas's Dad and the Demon King. You can figure it out from the fact that he says He bestowed the commandments on them and we know that all the commandments got this power from the Demon King. That makes Meliodas a Prince and he probably killed his father, who seems to using Mel's emotions to resurrect himself. I also have a theory(which seems to be implied) that all the Commandments (or at least Mel and his Bros) plotted to overthrow the king and then Mel just left when the deed was done. Without the King, or Meliodas, the demon Race was defeated by all the others. That's why everyone keeps saying he could have succeeded the Demon King.

So Meliodas and Estarossa both actually have a different version of full counter. Meliodas full counter allows him to deflect magical attacks while Estarossa 's full counter deflects physical attacks.
